1. The Beauty Smoothie.

This smoothie will make your skin's glow! It contains our Ginger & Collagen shot. Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body and is responsible for skin elasticity and the connective tissues that make up several body parts, such as tendons, ligaments and muscles. When you age, your collagen level decreases. This is why it's good to consume collagen, especially when exposed for long hours to the sun. Sun ages your skin faster (so don't forget to keep hydrated)


This smoothie also contains a banana which helps keep you fuller for longer and has several antioxidant properties. Adding a touch of pineapple because it gives us holiday vibes and it's rich in Vitamin C!

Ingredients for 1 Big Smoothie:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple 
  • 100ml Coconut Milk

Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend everything until it's creamy and smooth.
